As all our pieces are made-to-order pieces, we are unable to process any returns, exchanges or refunds for any products purchased on or outside of opalina jewellery.com.
In the rare event of a piece being damaged in manufacturing or transit we would be happy to exchange it. Please email us (along with a clear image of the defective piece, original packaging and invoice) as soon as you receive your order at email@example.com and we would be happy to replace the same.
You shall return the defective product unused and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging, with the invoice for a refund. You are obligated to communicate any damaged goods to us within 7 days of delivery.
Our products may contain natural wood, resin and semi-precious stone etc which are natural products and may contain irregularities. This is a natural feature intrinsic to the look and feel, and will not be considered as a defect.
We cannot guarantee the accuracy of the colours of products displayed on our website and color’s may slightly vary.
