Returns & Exchanges

​As all our pieces are made-to-order pieces, we are unable to process any returns, exchanges or refunds for any products purchased on or outside of opalina jewellery.com.​

In the rare event of a piece being damaged in manufacturing or transit we would be happy to exchange it. Please email us (along with a clear image of the defective piece, original packaging and invoice) as soon as you receive your order at shop@opalinajewellery.com and we would be happy to replace the same.​

You shall return the defective product unused and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging, with the invoice for a refund. You are obligated to communicate any damaged goods to us within 7 days of delivery.​

Our products may contain natural wood, resin and semi-precious stone etc which are natural products and may contain irregularities. This is a natural feature intrinsic to the look and feel, and will not be considered as a defect.​

We cannot guarantee the accuracy of the colours of products displayed on our website and color’s may slightly vary.
